For Your Years

Versions: #1
Tell me
Do you ever think about us
Silence rules the pastures
That keep all your secrets.

Our memories
Have a right to consume us
And every morning they wake me from my dreams,
And I cry on the inside, I am dying slowly.

Maybe I would cry
But sometimes, always by itself
Another one of million warm teardrops for you
Falls into the sea.
Why would I cry?
You see , sometimes dreams gain wings.
Here, I am giving all that I have
For your years
And what you used to mean to me.

I hope
While the days crawl by us
That I will spot you somewhere
I've been waiting to see your footprints for a century.

Seduced by the scent of dream
That is stealing my soul
But I know that I have no right
I have no right to have you.

Maybe I would cry...

Sledhillman

There's a competition on sled hill
I climb up there right now
I got a cool sled as christmas present

The team of pigs gathers
They pack themselves to their sleighs
And oinks something in piggerish

'The last one in finish is a sissy piggy!'
They mock me from their spots
'Give way pig, this turn is quick!'
I shout and push myself going

Check me out, I'm a sledhillman!
I speed to goal, forehead in sweat
Will take the victory and who knows
I get to newspapers and 10pm news

I slide with full speed
And fall over: I'm on my nose
I decide to only smile in rock style

All the pigs pass me
And splash snow on me
When I turn the sled over on a bump

'The last one in finish is a sissy piggy!'
The last of them announces
'Give way pig, this turn is quick!'
My speed grows again

Check me out, I'm a sledhillman!
I speed to goal, forehead in sweat
Will take the victory and who knows
I get to newspapers and 10pm news

Check me out, I'm a sledhillman!
I speed to goal, forehead in sweat
Will take the victory and who knows
I get to newspapers and 10pm news

'The last one in finish is a sissy piggy!'
I'm getting enough about pig choir
'Give way pig, this turn is quick!'
My sled accelerates to lead position

Check me out, I'm a sledhillman!
I speed to goal, forehead in sweat
Will take the victory and who knows
I get to newspapers and 10pm news

Check me out, I'm a sledhillman!
I speed to goal, forehead in sweat
Will take the victory and who knows
I get to newspapers and 10pm news
And get my name to the trophy

Vanessa's Song

I doubt there's a more beautiful bride than me
So far I am enjoying what has happened to me
Soon I'll have the mermaid and the ocean will be mine!

Neverending Summer

You're there, on top of the hill
White teeth peek through
You called me over
All I could hear, was a chorus of cicadas

You're there, on top of the hill
Eyes like marbles
You disgraced me
Soft clouds, floated past

A summer that's yet to end
You were the most
Beautiful, that summer

You're there, on top of the hill
A half-hearted hoarse voice
Stabs me
Even the sun, froze over

A dream that's yet to end
Lost its colour
And the form of our love, became blurry

A summer that's yet to end
On our necks
Chains of love are tied

A dream that's yet to end
You catch my eye
And I'm destroyed by the fate of love

Memories Live On

Silence by my side
I saw the sun go down
Like a shadow I wander in the night
Flow of memories is taking me to you
Is our common path only a dream?

Looking at the stars, I see your eyes
They sparkle again and call from afar
But clouds appear
Your image fades
Only memories live on

The last tears of the night
Frozen into flowers
Arisen from the wounds of the soul
As if the north wind would awaken me now
Wondering if you'd be mine once more

Looking at the stars, I see your eyes
They sparkle again and call from afar
But clouds appear
Your image fades
Only memories live on

Looking at the stars, I see your eyes
They sparkle again and call from afar
But clouds arrive
Your image fades
Only memories live on

But clouds appear
Your image fades
Only memories live on
